CALL FOR PROPOSALS: Recruitment of National Consultants to Support the Update of the Territorial Action Plans (TAPs) in Cameroon, Niger, Nigeria, and Chad, and the Preparationof the Results Framework of the Adjusted RS SRR
The Lake Chad Basin Commission (LCBC) is issuing a call for proposals to recruit national consultants to support the update of the Territorial Action Plans (TAPs) in Cameroon, Niger, Nigeria, and Chad, and to prepare the Results Framework for the adjusted Regional Strategy for Stabilization, Recovery, and Resilience (RS SRR). Established to promote cooperation among member states and the equitable use of Lake Chad Basin’s resources, the LCBC adopted the RS SRR in 2018 to address security and development challenges in the region. The national consultants will work alongside an international consultant to ensure an inclusive and consultative approach in updating the TAPs and developing the results framework. Proposals must be submitted by March 24, 2025.
